1. About Insiyak
Insiyak provides AI backend development services including feasibility validation, prototype backend execution, infrastructure setup, and operational support for AI powered products.
We operate as a backend execution partner and do not provide general software development or consumer application services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Scope of Services
Services provided by Insiyak may include:
AI feasibility evaluation and technical assessment
Backend pipeline and workflow development
Infrastructure setup and optimization
Prototype execution and operational support
Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written proposals, statements of work, or agreements agreed upon before project initiation.
Any work not explicitly included in the agreed scope is considered out of scope.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Insiyak does not guarantee:
Commercial success
Revenue generation
User adoption
Model performance beyond agreed technical parameters
AI systems involve inherent uncertainty, third party dependencies, and external constraints. Our responsibility is limited to executing the agreed technical scope to a professional standard.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate requirements and timely feedback
Supplying necessary assets, data, and access credentials
Ensuring legal rights to any data or content provided
Making payments according to agreed schedules
Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals may impact timelines without liability to Insiyak.
5. Payments and Fees
All fees are defined in advance and must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Unless stated otherwise:
Fees are non refundable once work has commenced
Monthly services are billed in advance
Late payments may result in suspension of services
Insiyak reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payments are overdue.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Clients retain ownership of their data and outputs generated specifically for their project
Insiyak retains ownership of internal tools, workflows, templates, and methodologies
No transfer of intellectual property occurs beyond what is explicitly stated in the agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non public information shared during the engagement as confidential.
Insiyak will not disclose client confidential information except where required by law or with written consent.
8. Use of Third Party Services
Insiyak may use third party tools, platforms, APIs, or infrastructure providers to deliver services.
Insiyak is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third party providers.
Clients are responsible for any third party usage costs unless otherwise agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Insiyak shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed engagement terms.
Upon termination:
All outstanding payments become immediately due
Access to ongoing systems or infrastructure may be revoked
No obligation exists to continue work beyond paid scope
11. Compliance and Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to use Insiyak services for:
Illegal activities
Unauthorized data processing
Adult content or sexually explicit material
Activities that violate third party terms or applicable laws
Insiyak reserves the right to refuse or terminate engagements that violate these conditions.
12. Website Use
All website content is provided for informational purposes only.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of website content is prohibited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Changes to These Terms
Insiyak may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
